To prevent overcrowding and ensure that we provide the best care for your pet, all half-day, full-day, and grooming appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Walk-ins are only available for visits under 4 hours, based on availability.
-
Dogs must be at least 6 months old, with the following vaccinations: rabies, bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus).
Leptospirosis and canine influenza vaccination are highly encouraged, but not strictly required.
Dogs older than 7 months must be spayed or neutered.
Dogs must also pass the temperament test to preserve safety. -
Yes. To keep daycare safe and enjoyable for every pup, all dogs are required to complete a temperament assessment before joining open play. This gives us a chance to gently introduce your dog in a small, controlled setting and see how they respond to the environment, staff, and other dogs.
The assessment helps us understand whether daycare is the right fit and allows us to place each pup in the playgroup where they’ll feel the most comfortable, confident, and safe.
-
Dogs are placed into playgroups based on temperament, confidence, size range, and play style to ensure safety and comfort for everyone.
-
Yes! Dogs are supervised 100% of the time while they’re in our playrooms. Our trained team — including a certified daycare operator and staff with pet CPR knowledge — closely monitors group dynamics, body language, and energy levels to ensure safe, healthy play.
For extra peace of mind, you can check in anytime through our live cameras to see your pup enjoying their day.
-
If your dog ever has an accident, injury, or conflict with another dog, our team steps in immediately. We separate the dogs, assess everyone involved, clean and care for minor scrapes, and document exactly what happened. You’ll receive a prompt update along with an incident report.
For anything that requires medical attention, we have close relationships with local veterinarians and emergency pet hospitals, ensuring your dog receives prompt, professional care when needed. If you prefer, we can also reach out to your own veterinarian or animal hospital. -
Drop-offs are flexible, and you’re welcome to bring your pup anytime during our operating hours.
For pick-ups, we offer a grace window from 6:30–7:00 PM on weekdays and 5:00–5:30 PM on weekends. Pick-ups during this time will incur a $10 extended-care fee to cover additional staffing and supervision.
Any pick-up after 7:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends will incur a $1/minute fee.
For half-day daycare, we offer a 10-minute grace period for pickups (no charge). After that, your pup is officially staying for the full experience — and full-day pricing will apply.
If you’re running behind, just let us know — communication helps us prepare for your pup’s comfort and safety.

Yes! We’re happy to feed your dog their own food during daycare and can follow any schedule you provide. We can also administer oral medications as long as they’re labeled and provided by you. Just include instructions at drop-off so we can keep your pup’s routine consistent.
-
For the safety of all pups in our care, dogs showing signs of illness, fleas, or other contagious conditions cannot attend daycare. If your dog becomes unwell during their visit, we’ll separate them from the group, contact you immediately, and keep them comfortable until pick-up. Dogs with fleas or ticks will need to go home for treatment before returning.
Our goal is always a healthy, happy playroom for everyone.
-
We take extra care with anxious, shy, or first-time pups. Your dog will get slow, gentle introductions, one-on-one reassurance, and time to explore at their own pace. We place them in calm, compatible playgroups and closely monitor their comfort level.
For dogs who need even more support, we offer our special “Confidence Companion” title — a confidence-building option where your pup can spend the day alongside a dedicated staff member with limited exposure to other dogs until they feel ready to join the group. Many shy dogs blossom beautifully with this personalized attention. -
